Courtney Faller is a Lincoln native who holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She clerked for the firm during law school and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2023 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Courtney’s law practice focuses on estate planning, probate, labor disputes, and civil litigation. In her labor practice, Courtney represents public-sector employees across Nebraska, including law enforcement officers, correctional officers, and civilians. Outside the office, Courtney enjoys being outdoors, gardening, hunting, and playing sports; and spending time with her husband and dogs, an English Black Labrador named Charles, and a rescue Rhodesian Ridgeback named Koda.
