Joel Bacon graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and after serving as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William M. Connolly of the Nebraska Supreme Court, joined the firm and built a practice in business law, estate planning and probate, employment law, appellate litigation, and commercial litigation. Joel has helped secure several successful outcomes for his clients, including Gage Cty. v. Employers Mut. Cas. Co., 937 N.W.2d 863 (2020), Valley Boys, Inc. v. Am. Family Ins. Co., 947 N.W.2d 856 (Neb. 2020), Latzel v. Bartek, 846 N.W.2d 153 (Neb. 2014), and Howsden v. Roper’s Real Estate Co., 805 N.W.2d 640 (Neb. 2011).

Joel has served as adjunct professor of Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research at the University of Nebraska College of Law since 2005.
